We advertise on a UK leading online property portal; plus our our mobile and tablet friendly website. We also actively promote your listing on Social Media and we can advertise in local publications of your choice.

Our software produces superb brochures for tenants browsing online. As a local online agent, we know the key to success in rentals is the quality of the photographs and the brochure. With professional photography, we take eye-catching photos to attract quality applicants.

Our Lettings team, personally handle enquiries, manage viewings, ensure tenants are found who match your needs and the property, and that everyone if looked after from beginning to end. It is company policy to interview all applicants in order to have all the relevant information upfront before a tenancy is offered, where a physical interview is not possible it is conducted virtually.

After agreeing the tenancy terms with you, we conduct detailed referencing which includes thorough credit; landlord; income; and digital ID, checks. Once the references return, we will update you and prepare the property for rental.

We use Rightmove Landlord & Tenant services to conduct thorough referencing.

We have annual Client Money Protection membership, and are members of the Property Redress Scheme and

Money Laundering HMRC.

 

All deposits are protected in the Custodial scheme with the Deposit Protection Service. 

Managing your property like it is our own

Our team of local experts are fully referenced and vetted contractors who fix our managed properties as quickly as possible. Our office number, online chat, and email, are available for tenants to report an issue. Reported issues are then problem solved, quotes sourced, and upon approval, actioned and remedied.  We will then visit the property to check the work if necessary.

We like to think we are fast to act, quick to respond, and highly efficient in our work. From our inventories, to the check ins, inspection visits and maintenance, the checkouts and deposit returns; these are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
