You'll meet our Director Zoe Kenworthy when we come to see your home, and then in order to ensure continuity she will remain your main contact throughout the whole process from beginning to end. When we visit we'll not only give you a home valuation, we'll also take the time to get to know you and discover your timescales, expectations and priorities.
We will provide you with an accurate and up-to-date valuation and market appraisal based on our extensive knowledge of the area and historic sales. Whilst we understand the art of flattery can help us win clients, it is not part of our company ethos, as we believe our clients deserve a good and honest service. We will provide you with a full Comparative Market Analysis document which demonstrates how we have valued your home with comprehensive up to date information about the property market in your area.
The days of an estate agent taking a few quick snaps of your home, sticking it on Rightmove and hoping for the best are long gone. Over 95% of buyers begin their search online, so we advertise your property on the major property websites Rightmove and OnTheMarket as well as our social media networks and our own website which is designed to attract more traffic through search engines.
THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS
We will keep you up to date with weekly marketing updates and provide you with information showing how well your property is performing online. All viewings are accompanied, both virtual and physical, and for latter we conduct in line with government social distance guidelines. All the information a potential buyer will need is on hand, and we offer viewings at a time that suits you - weekends and evenings included. The aim is to fit in around your life, making the process as stress free as possible.
OFFER TO COMPLETION
Once you have accepted an offer on your property, the same person who has looked after you from the beginning will continue to look after you until completion. This continuity of handling your home sale from start to finish, ensures your journey from initial marketing, to offer and then completion is stress free as possible, and also limits the number of fall throughs. In comparison many Estate agents pass you from one person to the next as you move along the sales process.
